2. Client Agreement & Required Disclosures

Before beginning services, clients will receive and sign:

  • Credit Service Agreement

  • Authorization for Credit Repair Action

  • Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)

  • Notice of Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel within three (3) business days from the date of signing your agreement, as required by federal law.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair outcomes depend on many factors, including the accuracy and verifiability of information reported by credit bureaus and furnishers.

We do not guarantee specific score increases, deletions, or financial results.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services are outlined in your signed Client Agreement.

Payments are due as agreed in writing. Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Review and approve disputes before submission

  • Forward correspondence received from credit reporting agencies

  • Maintain credit monitoring if required for services

6. Business Funding Disclosure

We provide business funding preparation and strategic guidance.

We do not directly lend money.

Funding approvals are determined solely by third-party lenders or financial institutions.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Misrepresent your identity
